Foto2Me provides a SaaS e-commerce platform that enables photographers to create online shops for selling photos and related products to specific, authenticated audiences. Our services include:

• Multi-tenant webshop creation and management
• Secure photo storage and access control
• E-commerce functionality for photo and merchandise sales
• User authentication and authorization systems

User Accounts

Registration

To use our platform, photographers must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to the photos and content you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

Our Content

The Foto2Me platform, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Foto2Me Kft. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is success-based, with commission fees calculated as a percentage of your sales. Contact us at info@foto2.me for pricing details. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.

Payment terms:

• Monthly subscription fees are due in advance
• Storage fees are calculated based on actual usage
• Transaction fees are calculated as a percentage of sales
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We may suspend service for maintenance, updates, or emergency repairs.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foto2Me Kft. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and complying with GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service.

Upon termination:

• Your access to the platform will be revoked
• You will have 30 days to export your data
• Outstanding fees remain payable

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hungary.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
